Board of Trustees

MOPERM's Board of Trustees consists of four public entity representatives appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate, the Commissioner of the State's Office of Administration and the Missouri Attorney General. The Board is responsible for all administrative and fiduciary activities of the Fund, including prescribing rules and regulations, establishing coverages and rates and authorizing major expenditures.
